Our online services dedicated to CCR customers

To assist its clients in pricing their business, in handling their accounts or even in assessing their exposure to natural disasters, CCR can draw on its high performance online applications.

CCR provides online services to accompany its clients and partners on a daily basis for the management of their risks:

  • Support tool for assessing exposure to natural disasters (Ceres),
  • Information on exposure to natural disasters (E-Risk),
  • French decrees on natural disasters (E-liste),
  • Natural disaster accounts processing (E-c@t),
  • Terrorism accounts processing (E-ter),
  • Support in the pricing of substandard risks, medical, practitioner, sports and financial (E-pocr@te).

In addition to these tools, CCR proposes free training for users and an assistance hotline to provide optimal use.

Support tool for assessing exposure to natural disasters (Ceres)

Over the years, CCR has developed its expertise by improving its knowledge of natural hazards and of the vulnerability of areas exposed to these hazards through the analysis of the data that it has collected. The company contributes to the assessment of the financial consequences of natural disasters by developing its own modeling applications.

Connect online (CERES)

The natural catastrophe information portal

This new general public website provides a wealth of information on natural catastrophes in France and the damages they incur in the aim developing a risk culture framework.  In addition to news and publications, the portal also features :


► An explanation of the Natural Disaster compensation scheme and of the link between compensation and prevention
► A list of decrees declaring a state of Natural Disaster
► Data sheets on the main natural disaster events that have occurred over the last thirty years
► An interactive map enabling you to locate and display your exposure to natural disasters and that of your municipality

Listing of the natural disasters decrees published in the Official Journal (E-liste)

Launched ten years ago in its present form, this tool is used by approximately one hundred cedents and also by our business partners. We presently have over 2,000 user accounts that include, for the most part, claims managers and claims handlers.

This database comprises natural disasters decrees published in the Official Journal (since 1982) that may be consulted by municipality and by date. Data is also available on risk prevention plans.

Users are informed by e-mail each time a new decree is published and the details of the decree may be immediately consulted online.

Natural disasters accounts processing (E-c@t)

Since 2003, this online service has been used by the accounts of our clients operating in the Nat Cat sector. The system enables users who otherwise do not have access to a similar tool to easily and efficiently transfer their natural disatsters treaty accounts in keeping with applicable standards.

This secure service enables users to process and transfer reinsurance accounts. CCR undertakes to validate accounting information as quickly as possible so as to ensure prompt payment.
CCR organizes training sessions for its clients in the use of this application.

Terrorism accounts processing (E-ter)

Since 2006, this secure and personalized online service has been dedicated to the accountants of our clients who have entered into a terrorism treaty with CCR. The service enables users to easily and efficiently process accounts in keeping with applicable standards.

CCR organizes training sessions for its clients in the use of this application.

Support in the pricing of substandard risks (E-pocr@te)

Backed by a team of medical advisors, including a cancer specialist, this pricing tool provides international rating schedules for substandard risks, sports risks and practitioner risks that take into consideration local specifications.
