CCR - 2024 Solvency and Financial Condition Report – SFCR

In accordance with the European Solvency II Directive, which has been in force since January 1, 2016, Caisse Centrale de Réassurance ("CCR") publishes its Solvency and Financial Conditions Report (SFCR) for the public.
The purpose of this report is to present significant information about the life of the organization during the last fiscal year, covering its governance, its business and the relevant quantitative and qualitative disclosures. The report is organized in accordance with the rules stipulated in Annex XX of Article 304 of the Delegated Regulation, and covers the following topics:
This Solvency and Financial Condition Report is updated annually. It has been approved by CCR's Board of Directors and submitted to France’s banking and insurance supervisor, Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
The Solvency and Financial Condition Report (SFCR) comprises the following chapters:
• Business and performance
• Governance system
• Risk profile
• Valuation of assets and liabilities
• Capital management
The additional disclosures required by Solvency II, prepared using the quantitative reporting templates (QRTs), are provided in the Appendix.
