A former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure of rue d’Ulm, Jacques Le Pape combines high-level experience at the service of the French State and of companies.
He is General Finance Inspector, actuary and a graduate in Quantum Physics and Economics. He began his career at the Insurance Control Commission before holding various positions within the French Treasury Department.
He was successively Advisor to the French Minister of Justice, the French Minister of Transport and finally Deputy Director of cabinet and Advisor to Christine Lagarde, the French Minister of Finance.
After being on the Executive Committee of Air France KLM as Secretary General, he became Chief Financial Officer of the Global Fund in Geneva.
Since 2016, he has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations and has been a founding partner of Ceres Partner since 2022.
